Before signing up to any affiliate program, reading the actual agreement matters. Ice Affiliates has a full legal document covering how the partnership works, what gets paid and when, and what happens if things go sideways. Here's what it actually says - in plain terms, without the legalese fog.
The Ice Affiliates Affiliate Program Agreement kicks in the moment a new affiliate ticks the acceptance box during registration. From that point, both parties are bound. If there's also an IO (Insertion Order) involved - a separately signed commercial document - those terms layer on top. Questions? Email [email protected] directly.
There are a few ways commissions get structured here. Worth understanding the differences:
Revenue is calculated after deducting costs. Deductible Costs include things like payment processing fees, licensing fees, jackpot contributions, game royalties, and any amounts lost to fraud. That's standard in the industry - it's the net figure that matters.
Ice Affiliates processes payments monthly. Affiliates need to hit a minimum threshold before a withdrawal goes through - if earnings sit below that threshold, the balance rolls over to the following month. Payments move through a range of options: bank transfers, e-wallets, crypto, and other supported methods. The affiliate provides the payment details; getting those wrong is on the affiliate.
One thing that catches people off guard - if a player's activity generates negative revenue in a given month (big wins, chargebacks), that negative balance can carry forward. It doesn't reset automatically at month end. Some programs do a monthly reset; this one doesn't by default unless a specific plan says otherwise.
The fraud clause is expansive. And honestly, it should be read carefully. Ice Affiliates defines fraud broadly:
Any confirmed fraud is treated as a breach of the agreement. The company can claw back commissions already paid if they're connected to fraudulent activity. That's a real risk if traffic quality is poor or sourcing methods are sketchy.
The restrictions section covers a lot of ground. Some of it obvious, some less so.
The trademark rules are strict. If an affiliate accidentally registers a domain that's confusingly similar to a brand name, they're obligated to transfer it to Ice Affiliates on request. Even if it was registered before the agreement started.
The affiliate program currently promotes Royal Game Casino - a modern online casino built around a fantasy kingdom theme with progression mechanics, level unlocks, and daily rewards. It supports a solid range of currencies including EUR, AUD, NZD, NOK, PLN, BRL, CHF, HUF, CAD, CZK, PEN, and CLP. Multiple languages supported. More brands operate under the Ice Affiliates umbrella - specific details get confirmed through the affiliate dashboard or by contacting the team.
Either side can end the agreement with 24 hours' notice by email. Affiliates need to send the termination notice to [email protected] with "Termination" in the subject line. Simple enough.
Ice Affiliates can terminate without notice in more serious situations - breach of the agreement, violation of applicable laws, actions that expose the company or operators to regulatory risk, insolvency, or if the affiliate's account has been suspended. If the account is already suspended, the affiliate can't trigger termination either.
After termination, all commission rights end. Marketing materials have to come down. Player data stays protected under confidentiality obligations indefinitely.
Affiliates get a non-exclusive, revocable license to use marketing materials for the duration of the agreement. That's it. No ownership transfers, no sublicensing, no assignment. All brand trademarks and goodwill stay with the company and its operators. The license disappears the moment the agreement ends.
Ice Affiliates collects personal data from affiliates as part of operating the program. That includes identity documents, payment info, and communications. Data gets used to manage the affiliate relationship, process payments, run analytics, and send relevant marketing (which affiliates can opt out of).
Cross-border data transfers can happen - including to countries outside the EU - using Standard Contractual Clauses or other adequate safeguards. Data isn't kept longer than necessary. Affiliates have the usual rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact [email protected] to exercise any of those.
No data from minors is collected knowingly. The program doesn't accept participants under 18.
The affiliate program is managed by a dedicated team. Vic heads up affiliates ([email protected]), Alina leads the affiliate team ([email protected]), and individual affiliate managers - Nikolay and Marina - handle partner relationships directly. There's a real human on the other end of these conversations, which matters more than people give credit for.
Ice Affiliates runs a legitimate, well-documented affiliate program with flexible commission options, clear fraud definitions, and real support infrastructure. The terms are detailed - they cover edge cases most affiliates never hit, but knowing they're there is better than finding out the hard way. Read the full agreement before accepting. If something's unclear, the team is reachable.
